Output is too generic / lacks local keywords

Cause: Input description missing city + specific services.

Fix: Regenerate with a richer description. Include city, neighborhood, 3+ services, and years in business. Example: "Family bakery in Austin downtown, specializing in sourdough and wedding cakes."

Service areas don't match my coverage

Cause: AI inferred wrong areas from an ambiguous input.

Fix: Explicitly list service areas in the input ("we serve Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville"). The tool will mirror them in the output.

"Failed to generate listing info" error

Cause: API timeout or model overload.

Fix: Wait 10 seconds and retry. If persistent, refresh the page — errors usually clear within a minute.

Categories feel off-brand

Cause: AI maps to broader Google Business categories by default.

Long description repeats short description

Cause: Input description too short (under 15 words).

Meta keywords look like spam (too many)
